WARNING - Bachelor Spoiler

OK - so I can barely stand the five days that are standing between me and the finale of The Bachelor. I have heard some things...some crazy things, that will (if in fact true) make the Final Rose Ceremony one for the books.

First let me start off by saying that I love both Melissa...


...and Molly


However, from the very beginning, I've been rooting for Molly. She is just adorable! Fingers crossed that Jason chooses her.

And now, let's get to the infamous spoiler.

Seriously, don't read any further...




The spoiler is...supposedly Melissa wins. The show has been edited in her favor throughout the entire series. But here is the twist....

After the Final Rose Ceremony (where Melissa is picked), Jason dumps her and picks up Molly! What?! Supposedly Molly is pregnant with Jason's baby. Seriously!? I can hardly stand the insanity.

If you've read this far, let me know your thoughts. Have you heard any other spoilers? What's the deal? This will be Bachelor history if it all goes down like that.

The decision has been made!

I am thrilled! I have been shopping for bridesmaid dresses for so long and was just about to give up. And then...I found this beauty!



It fits perfectly and I think it will look great on all of the girls. We won't be wearing the sash - I think it's a bit much. But we will be pairing this little black number with some eggplant accessories.

Bridesmaid dress. Check!

House Progress

Well, the closet has been painted. It's coming together from my initial post! I'll put some pictures up next weekend when we have the painting finished.

As the post name implies, the house is progressing! We bought our dream couch from Crate & Barrell and an amazing leather cocktail ottoman to put your feet up after a long day.



And of course, Matt's new TV! Next purchase is an entertainment center. Know of any good deals?



And one of our biggest accomplishments...the sitting area. We painted the room this rich brown color, which is the perfect hue as you enter the house. And our bookcases are complete! We fixed up the white, since it was dated and added some dimmension with dark brown accents. What do you think?



We have been painting the master bedroom all weekend. Obviously we wanted something soothing and romantic and we found the best compliment. The color we chose is a dark khaki, like a butterscotch color. We're almost done! More pictures to come soon.

Four Years Together

It all started four years ago. On Feb. 18th, I met my soulmate, my partner in crime, my everything. And I can't wait to celebrate many more years with Matthew Telken.

The wonderful weekend started with a gorgeous vase of roses to work.



Followed by an amazing dinner at Citizen Kane's. We didn't get a picture at dinner, so we had to get a few back at the house.

Bridesmaid Dress Obsessed

After all of the searching for the perfect eggplant bridesmaids dress, I'm through. But, I'm OK with it! Tara, Lisa Dolan (two bridesmaids) and I found the perfect solution - and I have even more options with this idea!

The search is now on for the perfect black dress! We are going to subtly add in the eggplant color; either as a sash, a bracelet, a ring, or shoes. This is still TBD, but the hunt is on! I think this is going to look so classy and funky, all at the same time. And that is definitely me - I like to add a little funk to everything...including my own wedding dress (wink).

I just bought this dress from Vickies for a wedding I'm going to in March. I'm looking for this kind of style, but less flare at the bottom. Then we'll pair it with a fun sash and perhaps a pair of pumps (I'm in love with these shoes).

Dress Obsessed

While searching high and low for bridesmaid dresses, I came across this stunning number. Nicole Miller is such a creative designer! If only she had some cheaper options for me!



Adorable. Just adorable. I'm definitely dress obsessed right now!

Mexico - here we come!

Matt and I just booked our honeymoon! We are headed to El Dorado Seaside Suites in Riviera Maya on Kantenah Beach. This place is amazing - we are doing all inclusive and I'm sure I'll come home with an extra 10 lbs. Check out these pictures!

I can't wait to get there. We'll leave the Monday after the wedding and return seven days later. This makes the wedding all more real. Can't wait to share more details with you soon!
